Request Form Instructions

You must have a Client ID number to request an audioconference over the Internet. If you do not have a client ID#, please go to New Client Information to obtain one.

General Instructions:

  1. Go to the ETV Audioconferencing page http://request.scetv.org/bridge. Enter your client ID#.
  2. Your company information should appear on the Audioconference Request Menu page. Please verify. If it is not your company information, please call us right away.
  3. At the bottom of the Audioconference Request Menu page you can review the calls scheduled for your client ID#. They are listed by the conference type chosen when the call was scheduled. Click on the appropriate category: One Time (happens only once), Daily (happens every day, weekends can also be included), Weekly (happens once a week), Monthly (happens on the same week {1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th}, once a month) orAll(lists every conference scheduled for your client ID#). Please call 1-888-761-8132 to check on scheduling information if your call is not listed.
  4. The second set of buttons varies. If you have a conference scheduled, a Delete and Change button will be added choices. If you don't have a conference scheduled, only the New button will be an option.

If you want to schedule a NEW conference:

  1. Click NEW.
  2. The Audioconference Request Form opens. Please follow the formatting examples provided.
  3. Fill in all of the fields for the Requestor Information. Include () around your area code or an error message will occur.
  4. Read the Conference Schedule Instructions to determine which type of conference you require.
  5. Fill in the Conference Information. Try to use different conference names for each submission.
  6. Use the format given for the date fields (mm/dd/yy).
  7. The time format is hh:mm. Select either AM or PM. If you do not, it will default to AM.
    NOTE: Be sure to give yourself enough time for your call. Remember, you only pay for what you use so more is better!! You will hear a five minute warning before your call ends but it will end at the time you specify.
  8. Click Submit and if all is well, you should receive a confirmation stating so. If not, you will be instructed on how to fix the problem(s). Click the back button on your browser, make the correction and click Submit again.
  9. A New Audioconference Confirmation page will let you know your submission was accepted.
  10. A confirmation with the toll-free number will be emailed to you. Just distribute your call's assigned toll-free number and guest code to your participants and you're ready for your call.

If you want to CHANGE a conference:

  1. Click in the circle of the appropriate conference. Please note that any change made to a monthly, weekly or daily scheduled conference will affect all dates for that conference. If only one date needs to be changed, a new request must be submitted for that date.
  2. Click Change.
  3. The Audiobridge Change Form shows the conference you want to change.
  4. Make the change and click Submit.
  5. A confirmation page lets you know your change was accepted.
  6. A confirmation with the changes submitted will be emailed to you. Contact the particpants and inform them of the change.

If you want to DELETE a conference:

  1. Click in the circle of the appropriate conference. Please note that deleting any conference that is a monthly, weekly or daily scheduled conference will cancel all dates for that conference. If you want only one date cancelled for a monthly weekly or daily scheduled conference, please call 888 -761-8132.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. The Audiobridge Cancellation Request shows the conference you want to delete.
  4. Make sure it is the correct conference and click Delete again to confirm.
  5. A confirmation page lets you know the indicated conference was submitted to be deleted.
