Help with Plug-ins

Most of the MyETV Web site does not require any special plug-ins. Many plug-ins are already included in the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape. A few multimedia areas, such as NatureScene.org and Knowitall.org, include video and animations that do require plug-ins.

Download Windows Media Player 10.Windows Media Player

Media Player is a free plug-in from Microsoft. Most of MyETV.org's video streams now require this software for viewing.

Download the free RealPlayerRealPlayer

You will need RealPlayer to play some of MyETV.org's older streaming videos.

Download QuickTime.QuickTime

QuickTime is a free plug-in from Apple. QuickTime is used for some sites, such as NatureScene Interactive.

Download Macromedia Flash.Macromedia Flash

Some animations use Flash and Shockwave. QuickTime supports these formats, or you can install them directly.
