David L. Crouch
Senior Vice President, Administrative Services
David L. Crouch oversees administrative services at South Carolina Educational Television.
Crouch has been in South Carolina state government for twenty five years starting his career with the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control in various financial reporting and management capacities. In 1988, he moved to the House Ways and Means Committee as a Budget/Research Analyst with responsibility for statewide budget development and analysis of legislation affecting state employee pay and benefits.
In 1996, Crouch was named vice president for administrative services and chief financial officer at South Carolina ETV. His areas of responsibility include accounting, human resources, management information systems, facilities management, postal and support services, enterprise services, and print services. In 2000, Governor Hodges appointed him to serve on the Procurement Review Panel.
Crouch and his wife, Gail, have three children.
