- A satellite feed on Digicypher channels 309 and 322 for television stations
- An audio bridge, allowing radio reporters to access clean audio of the debate by dialing (800) 438-5670
- A WiFi Hot Spot in the studio and in the lobby for print media who would like to file stories from their laptops
ETV requests that news media adhere to the following guidelines:
- Stations credit ETV for the footage used in their newscasts
- News agencies must contact Rob Schaller at (803) 737-6556 to reserve a studio seat by noon on the day of the debate. An overflow audience will be seated in an adjoining room equipped with a television monitor
- The State will serve as a pool photographer for all debates except May 19, when that function will be provided by AP
- Print and electronic reporters who have reserved a seat will be allowed in the studio during the broadcast, however they must remain for its duration. Only ETV's TV cameras will be allowed in the studio during the actual broadcast
- Reporters will have access to the candidates in ETV’s studio lobby following the debate at the discretion of each candidate
