TELETRAINING SERVICES
ETV provides South Carolina's businesses and state agencies with the most sophisticated, flexible state-owned teletraining system in the nation. By combining satellite technology and a statewide closed-circuit television system, ETV's teletraining services let professionals take part in regional and national meetings without leaving their communities.
OTHER TELEPORT SERVICES
Access to information is a top commodity in today's business world. Teleports -- facilities designated and equipped to serve as regional communications relay centers -- play a major role in international business. ETV is South Carolina's source for many teleport services.
Satellite technology allows ETV to send or receive video, audio and data transmissions anywhere in the world. ETV's closed-circuit television system is capable of broadcasting multiple informational programs statewide simultaneously. ETV's audiobridge can connect as many as 48 interstate locations at one time and has the capacity to handle eight audio conferences simultaneously. These services take our public and private sectors into the information age by making the transfer of information quick, easy and affordable.
