Satellite Support
Welcome to the Network Technical Services Satellite Support page. Many satellite reception issues are discussed here and may get you back online right away.
Audio Drop Outs
Etv has deployed new Pansat 2700 receivers to all locations. These new receivers will loose audio from time to time when rain fade causes the signal to drop. To regain audio simply change channels and the audio should return. If it does not, please contact us to let us know of your issue.
If the audio drop outs are extremly common then you need to notify NTS right away to have your receiver replaced.
Aligning Your Satellite Dish
Note - ETV strongly recommends that you use a spectrum analyzer to view the satellite signature before attempting to move or align your satellite dish! The spectrum analyzer waveform (signature) can be seen by clicking the link below.
