ETV Sports Presents Coverage of the 75th Carolina First Carolina Cup

On Sunday, April 7 at 5 p.m., ETV presents coverage of the 75th running of the Carolina First Carolina Cup race. 

The horses will actually round the track of the prestigious Springdale Race Course in Camden, SC, on March 31. However, through this broadcast, ETV provides an opportunity for those who attended the race to relive the day. And for those who couldn't partake in person? They will now be able to see the world-class steeplechase racing event that has become one of South Carolina’s favorite “rites of spring.”

In addition to thrilling races, viewers will see the evolution of a tradition that spans three-quarters of a century.  Through interviews and archival footage, the rich history, celebrations, and philanthropic missions of The Carolina First Carolina Cup are explored.  Profiles of select jockeys from the race will also be featured.
