ETV's 'The Big Picture' will profile the political career of Congressman John M. Spratt, Jr. A congressman representing the Fifth Congressional District, John Spratt is a politician whom many say is highly respected on both sides of the aisle in Washington. The broadcast features interviews with colleagues and friends as well as a past political opponent. Congressman James E. Clyburn of the Sixth Congressional District and former US Senator Ernest F. Hollings are interviewed in the program.
