Silent Witness
The annual Silent Witness ceremony to remember South Carolina women who were victims of domestic homicide was held Mon., Oct. 3, on the State House steps. In addition to prayers and speeches, participants displayed silhouettes for each victim. Watch the event.

Wednesday, January 26, 2005. Gov. Mark Sanford gave his annual State of the State address Wednesday, Jan. 26. The address was carried live on ETV and ETV Radio.

The South Carolina Channel, ETV’s digital broadcast service, aired complete live coverage of the burial of the final crew of the Confederate submarine H.L. Hunley on Saturday, April 17, from 9 a.m until 3 p.m.; the event was rebroadcast in its entirety Sunday, April 18, from 6 p.m. until midnight. The ceremony began at White Point Gardens in Charleston, South Carolina, followed by a funeral procession, and concluded at Magnolia Cemetery for the burial.
